• Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.
• Sandals, Crocs, and high heels are not allowed for this activity.

Additional Info

• Tickets are valid only on the specified date of use
• Partial use of tickets, such as using only 2 out of 3 purchased, is not allowed.
• Upon entry, you will need the ticket screen after completing registration. Please save the URL of the ticket page (screenshots are not allowed).
• The opening hours may be brought forward depending on the congestion at the gate
• This ticket does not grant priority entry or attraction access. During busy times, you may be required to wait to enter the park or participate in attractions.
• Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. Please take care not to lose your ticket.
• We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by internet transmission issues or problems with the customer’s email server.
• Cancellations can be made by the customer via the reservation confirmation email. After the designated time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Refunds will be issued if attractions are closed due to bad weather or maintenance.
